Every school’s travel program is facing unique challenges, ambitions, scale, and duration. Recognizing this, we’ve designed our pricing model to be versatile and adaptive, accommodating your requirements.
Our partnership kicks off with an in-depth assessment of the needs of your educational travel program. This allows us to work together to determine how ETI360 can best help your school.
Our pricing model includes one-time services such as alignment of your policies, procedures and goals. Other services are scaled per trip, such as trip sourcing and the creation of comprehensive trip booklets for your community. We also provide services on a per student basis, such as visa support and medical and dietary needs management.
We are confident that a partnership with ETI360 will, over time, translate to cost savings for your school. As our processes and relationships with trip providers enable us to aid them in streamlining their processes. The result is cost reductions for the providers. These savings will be passed along to you.
Anchored in our belief in the transformative power of educational travel for students, we are committed to delivering our services at an affordable rate. Each of our 16 specialized services can be contracted individually or combined into a comprehensive suite, priced between $50 and $75 per student. This flexible approach ensures high-quality, enriching experiences that is tailored to meet the unique needs of each school.
At the heart is a commitment to schools, therefore, we do not accept commissions from trip providers, ensuring our recommendations are guided solely by your needs and the educational benefit to your students.

Dan Skimin is an educational travel expert, devoted scholar, and seasoned leader. With a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Southern California, an MBA in Global Finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a comprehensive background in international education both as a teacher and leader, Dan has consistently bridged the gap between academic excellence and practical experience.
Drawing from his decades of immersion in educational travel experiences, Dan’s unique blend of financial acumen, educational leadership, and extensive hands-on involvement uniquely positions him at the helm of ETI360 as a trusted guide and mentor. His doctoral research, which delved into the intersection of cultural intelligence, self-efficacy, and educational travel, elucidated the profound impact of enhancing teachers’ cultural intelligence to foster improved student learning during travel experiences.

Sebastian Wong is a seasoned outdoor education specialist with a strong focus on risk and safety management. With extensive experience spanning over a decade in the outdoor adventure industry, he has successfully led wilderness expeditions for various age groups. Currently serving as the Campus Health and Safety Specialist at Singapore American School, Sebastian plays a critical role in ensuring the well-being of students during K-12 educational travels.
His previous roles include working as an Outdoor Education Specialist at United World College South East Asia and serving as the pioneer Operations Manager at Forest Adventure, Singapore’s pioneering public treetop adventure course. Sebastian’s passion for outdoor education was ignited during his time at Outward Bound Australia, where he not only gained invaluable experience but also earned a specialist diploma in Sports and Outdoor Recreation.
As a highly skilled consultant at ETI360, Sebastian brings a wealth of expertise in risk and safety management. With a deep understanding of the complexities involved in outdoor education and adventure programming, he has worked with renowned organizations such as Singapore American School and United World College South East Asia. My Story
Over the course of the past 10 years, I had the opportunity to send thousands of students on educational trips to over 40 different countries. It was an incredible experience to see the impact that these trips had on the students, from building lasting memories to fostering a love of learning and curiosity about the world.
As much as I enjoyed the educational benefits of these trips, I also saw firsthand the administrative challenges that came with managing these trips. From risk mitigation and child safeguarding, to medical and dietary information, insurance, travel documentation, visas, flights, budgeting, and accounting, it was a lot to handle.
I knew there had to be a better way. I wanted to find a way to make these trips more cost-effective and efficient for schools, while also maximizing the educational impact for students. That’s why I started ETI360, an educational travel consultancy that helps schools plan, organize, and manage their educational travel programs.
We work with schools to understand their unique needs and goals, and create customized solutions that take the stress out of managing educational travel.
